Yin + Restorative Yoga
The body receives messages through sensation. Greater sensations are experienced when the body has an opportunity to hold a posture for a longer period of time. Similar, but very different, both Yin and Restorative yoga practices allow our bodies to experience space within stillness. When we slow down, we are able to become more connected to the body and the breath.
