My Journey

My entire life I have been an artist, writer, and musician. I love to create and I am passionate about sound. I began my journey as a songwriter and musician at the age of 12. I discovered a love for bass guitar, followed by a passion for playing guitar and singing. I released my first EP Luna in 2012, which featured a collection of acoustic songs written from the ages of 14 to 17.

Since 2010 I began performing live both solo and in bands throughout Ontario and across Canada in theatres, bars, cafes, and private events. Writing and recording in the studio has always been a sacred place for me to express myself musically.

2014 marked the year of my second EP titled Steady Sun. Steady Sun was released on July 5, 2014, and features a collection of songs experimenting in the folk, blues, and rock genres. The first single off the EP titled A Song About Spring received love and regular rotation airplay across both college and commercial Canadian radio stations, including CBC Radio 3.

In late March 2018, I was back in the studio, working with producer and sound engineer Justin Meli at Chalet Recording Studio to record my third EP THR33. On September 28, 2018, I released the first single When I Was Young which followed the official release of THR33 on March 29, 2019.

Second to music is my love and passion for all things healing, and this is where I live dedicatedly to yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. My spiritual journey began at the age of 16 when I attended my first yoga class.

I fell in love with the practice and it became the greatest tool in my life. Music and my spiritual practices are inseparable, and I am never as deeply in the moment as I am when I am creating.

Since 2018 I began to combine both my love for music and meditation together and officially started offering live music as a sound journey in yoga and meditation studios, events, and private sessions.

I offer a unique approach to stillness, movement, and sound, offered across studios, events, and private sessions across Ontario.
